Your Bio

My name is Mike Reid and I live in Boise Idaho with my wife and two children.

Idaho is a great state for photography. The beauty of nature seems to be everywhere.
I took up photography as a hobby a few years ago and quickly grew to love it. I started this site as a way to share some of the beauty of Idaho with folks who maybe are not fortunate enough to live in such a scenic area.

My business name is All Outdoors Photography and I enjoy photographing anything outdoors in natural light. My main interests currently are birds and landscapes.

I sincerely hope you enjoy the photos and if you would like to talk with me regarding them or you are interested in buying a larger print than those offered please feel free to contact me.

Ally and Jeff's wedding gallery. : What a great time they had at their wedding this past weekend. These guys really know how to have fun. They were wearin out that dance floor!! I know these two are going to have a great life together! There was a huge crowd at the reception and everybody loves Ally and Jeff. I wish them the very best of luck in everything!! Everything went smooth and they are off on their honeymoon..yahoo!!! Thanks again for your patience..the wedding gallery is loaded now. Allie and Jeff's engagement photos. Senior Prom : Two hours before they were supposed to be at the park to stand in line for the cookie cutter 1 shot prom photo Eric decided to give me a call and see if I could meet them at the park. We all made it there just in time to have 30 minutes for photo taking before they had to leave for dinner. Well we managed to have a good time and get some good fun pictures with the little bit of time that we had. Eric knew he had made a good decision when... we had to walk by the tables with students lined 30 deep to sign up for photos and then the other 20 deep line where they were waiting to have their cookie cutter prom photo taken. There is an alternative!

Catarafting the North Fork with Shelly Becker : Shelly Becker is the first......and second woman ever to cataraft the North Fork of the Payette in Idaho near Banks top to bottom of the 15 mile stretch considered by many to one of the most challenging stretches of whitewater in the states. She was the first woman to ever run it last year and so many people told her "anybody can run it once," that she went back this year to do a "PROVE IT!!" run. I was lucky enough to photograph her first decent last year and this time I followed her all the way from the top. Shelly is the real deal!!
