North Fork of the Payette River at 8000cfs. Top to Bottom, a 15 mile boiling grinding relentless beast at these flows. The guys wisely portaged Jacobs which would be a 50-50 proposition as to whether you would ever come out at these flows, although Tristan McClaran and James Byrd did run it at 8000cfs this last week.
